Founded by Franco Federico and Victoria Yee, Workshop Salon has always been more than just a salon — it’s a creative home, a community hub, and a place where individuality is celebrated. After 12 inspiring years in the heart of Crosstown, we’re bringing the same downtown energy, personalized service, and passion for hair to a new and exciting chapter in East Vancouver.

Our new location at 1685 Nanaimo Street marks a fresh beginning — one that allows us to stay grounded in the values we built in the beautiful Bowman Block on Beatty Street, while embracing the cultural vibrancy and neighbourhood feel of East Van. In this more intimate and welcoming space, we’re excited to offer not just exceptional hair services, but a full experience — complete with specialty coffees, treats, and the same warm, inclusive vibe that has always defined us.

Since opening our doors in 2012, Workshop has stood for quality, creativity, and connection. Franco and Victoria, both long-time leaders in Vancouver’s beauty scene, created a salon where stylists could learn, grow, and thrive — and where clients feel like part of the family.
